Joint Appeal for Safe Release of Thangsianbiak

JOINT APPEAL

The apex body of the Zou People, the United Zou Organisation and its constituent bodies Zou Youth Organisation (ZYO) and Zou Sangnaupang Pawlpi (ZSP), in consultation with Zou Tribe leaders, would like to inform the Tribal Revolution Army (TRA) in particular and the people in general that:

1.  Mr. Thangsianbiak@Biabiak Zou is a philanthropist, currently serving as the Vice-President of the Zou Youth Organisation (ZYO), Imphal Block.

2.  He is the sole bread winner of the family consisting his aged mother, wife and three minor daughters and a son by working as the Public Relation Officer to Shri. Ginsuanhau Zou, Hon’ble MLA, 60 Singngat A/C.

3.  He has been working and sacrificing all his life as a social worker for the development of the tribals in accordance with his capacity and capability.

We, therefore, as a peace loving community fervently make this appeal to the Tribal Revolutionary Army (TRA) to release Mr. Thangsianbiak@Biabiak Zou on humanitarian ground as a tribal leader and not to harm our fellow tribals.
